You can register as a seller by clicking on the “Register as a seller” button on the home page, then follow the instructions to complete the registration process and set up your store. The seller is required to sell only original books, and if this condition is violated, the seller’s account will be deleted from the platform immediately.
Qalamzone platform accepts a variety of local payment methods including Edfa3ly, Sadad, MobiCash, Tadawul, bank card, as well as cash on delivery.
Books are shipped by sellers using approved shipping companies in Libya.
Delivery time depends on seller and buyer's location and shipping options selected.
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email which you can use to track the status of your shipment online.
Buyers may request a return or exchange of products within [7 days] from the date of receipt, provided that the products are in their original condition and unused. Please check Return and ExchangePolicy for more details.

Yes, sellers can sell used books provided they are in good condition and their condition is accurately described on the product page.
You can modify or cancel your order before it is shipped by logging into your account and going to “My Orders”. If the order has already been shipped, you must follow the return and refund policy.
Yes, Qalamzone offers a range of e-books that can be purchased and downloaded directly after payment.
You can get a purchase invoice through your account in “Qalamzone” after completing the purchase process. A copy of the invoice is also sent to your email.
