كتاب “الشواهد الواضحة النهج” لأبي عبد الله أبن رضوان، ليس نصاً أندولسياً خالصاً، لكنه ينتسب إلى ذلك الأدب بنسب كبير، إذ إنه شرح لقصيدة جده الأعلى أبي القاسم ابن رضوان المالقي المسماة بـ”المنفرجة” والتي تعد أحسن تعبير عن أدب “بكاء الأندلس” وسقوطها، ذلك أنها قيلت بمناسبة هزيمة المسلمين في آخر المعارك المهمة التي برهنت بما لا يدع مجالاً للشك على سقوط الأندلس القريب، تلك هي معركة طريف 741هـ/1340م. بين ملك قشتالة ألفونسو الحادي عشر وعاهلي غرناطة يوسف الأول والمغرب أبي الحسن المريني، وهي بالتالي تعكس الظروف السياسية والاجتماعية والثقافية لتلك المرحلة.
